Our team is committed to providing an over the top experience for each and every patient! We are also dedicated to excellence in care, patient education and support, and encouraging excellent oral hygiene habits. To honor our commitments to you, we now have a patient rewards program to encourage fun, good oral hygiene, and community involvement! Sign up for our rewards program in our office by using our iPad located at the front desk. Each patient that registers will be assigned a keytag to monitor their points.

You can earn points for many things in our office! Good oral hygiene, participating in contests, being involved in the community, joining us on social media, and referring your friends for a complimentary consultation! Questions about earning points? Let us know. Points and prizes are subject to change. Points are not redeemable for cash.

Personal Achievement Points

Some of our community points require you to send us photos, a story, or both! You may even get featured on our social media pages.

• If you perform community service, send us photos and a story about your service project
• All As on your report card? Send us a picture!
• If you have a personal academic or sports achievement (winning a contest or competition, graduation, etc), send us some photos, videos, or a story!
• If you get featured in the news, send us a link to the article, a photo of the article, or drop off a copy at our office!
